Refund and Return Policy Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it;
- In its original packaging with all accessories included.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Consumables such as flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.;
- Intimate or sanitary items;
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Other non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards;
- Downloadable software products;
- Certain health and personal care items.
3. Return Requirements
Please provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email) to complete the return process. Please do not send the item directly back to the manufacturer.
4. Partial Refunds
The following situations may result in a partial refund:
- Books with obvious signs of use;
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records;
- Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Refunds will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed all of the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges

9. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift card will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
- If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
10. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your item to: 345 Yanglang Road, Vanke Lakeside Garden, Building 15, Room 802, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
